No advertising trackers

The guides and the calendar can be consulted without an account. The website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party tracking service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser then transmits its IP address to Google in order to obtain the font files.

The garden area

Creating a private area requires a first name or username, an e-mail address, a mobile phone number and a password. The address and the number are used solely to check that the account is opened by a real person and to keep it secure: we send neither newsletters nor commercial messages without your explicit consent. The password is stored in irreversibly hashed form. The SMS verification code is sent by the provider SMSFactor (France), which receives only the number and the text of the code. Confirmation e-mails are sent from our own servers.

The garden plans, measurements and notes you save belong to you. They are neither shared nor analysed for commercial purposes. You can delete them at any time from your area, and request the complete deletion of your account by e-mail.

A strictly necessary session cookie keeps you logged in; a second, optional cookie remembers your login if you tick “stay logged in”.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date, browser) for a limited period, for security purposes and aggregated statistics. They are not cross-referenced with other data.

Correspondence

If you write to us, your address and your message are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your request, and for a maximum of one year. They are not passed on to anyone.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of the data concerning you by writing to contact@evadya.com.
